    10 only workout days

    There are some individuals saying it is better to use HGH at very high levels a few times/week instead of running it at low levels everyday.

    I was thinking about 6iu 5on2off. which is 30iu/week. but, after researching a little more I was considering maybe running 10iu on Mon/Wed/Fri [workout days]

    Any ideas?

    My friend saw awesome results running 12iu 4on4off. he was making like 1-2pound gains a day, coupled with steroid cycle.
    I believe your body gets used to the same method so you should switch occasionally

    This is actually the first-time I ever stepped outside the GH classic method. I have been running GH EOD and it is working out really well. At the moment i am just trying to maintain size between cycles, and it is working out perfectly. Have not lost any of my gains at all.

    Many thanks to each of you for the responses.

    A lot of people are starting to do this. I think I'll try it by myself.

    Like I mentioned I exercise 3 days/week so it should work very well.

    Anyone else?

    I was thinking- 10iu/3 times per week (training days)

    I assume the basic idea is to run a higher dose less often.

    I train every other day, so that's one of the reasons why I am trying this out. Another reason is, I have used GH for quite a long time, and i am trying to get my pituitary gland functioning in a normal way again. So I am expecting this will help in that issue aswell.

    My gym buddy is going to start it @ 10iu/EOD after workout with 10iu/insulin. Can't wait to see what results he will get.

    Sticking to what works for you and what your used to is also an option?

    I think a lot of people get caught up in new trends and ideas, when sticking to your own routine is usually the best idea. While sometimes a slight change can be beneficial, any changes you do make I'd make sure they're exactly that, small ones.

    OK, that's nice, would he run the insulin post workout for more than 4 weeks?

    This is interesting. Everybody who is doing this must keep us up to date. I have always ran 5on2off or 6on1off. I am about to start my next cycle in a few weeks so this could change every thing. Comments like this is the reason what makes this so important.

    Actually, I do not see any reason I can't use insulin for a couple of months straight, take four weeks off and then try it again. When you use 5/2 method I think it is needed to cycle off of insulin every 4 - 6 weeks.

    I think that I'm gonna try insulin 3x/week at 10iu post workout... also the hgh 3x/week at 10-12iu.

    usually I use low dosages of HGH because I don't use insulin, would high doses not so often have a worse impact on insulin sensitivity?

    I have been doing hgh at 4on4off @ 12iu/day plus a heavy short AAS cycle, the results are fantastic at this moment, I have ran GH like this before a couple of years ago and got excellent results

    I've also used GH before for nearly a year at 4iu 5/2 and I prefer 4on 4off much better, I made much better gains on 4/4

    No I was just running GH at 12iu a day 4on4off
    but after a while I reduced from 4off to 3off because the days when I was on GH I was gaining weight and size

    Wouldn't it be more unlikely at 4on4off, and even lesser at 3x/week at 12iu?
