My wife (32) and I (40) are currently on week 4 of our first cycle of MK-2866.
I weigh 180lbs and she weighs 135lbs.
I'm taking 20mg/day and she's taking 10mg/day.
We're both avid crossfitters and have been crossfitting 5-6 days/wk for a little over 5 years.
I have a few questions related to on and off cycle protocols...
1) What is the typical/safest on-cycle period? We were planning 5-6 weeks.
2) What is the typical/safest off-cycle period? We were planning 3-4 weeks.
3) Do we need a PCT supplement while we are off-cycle?
4) If a PCT supplement is required, which supplement is best for this SARM and cycle pattern?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
