cjc 1295 + ipam IGF levels went down

    HI.
I did before and after labs and there was a 100 pt drop in my IGF levels.

Any thoughts on why the IGF is lower?

IGF-1 levels went down after a course of Ipamorelin+CJC1295?

How long did you use it and when you did the blood test?

The IGF-1 should have raised not lowered...

    Yes they went down.
I used it for 10 weeks - tested before and after the ten weeks.
5 days on 2 off for 10 weeks.
But I only had enough left for one shot within the last 5 days before my blood test.
Dose was 200 mcg each at night.
I felt the sides from it and noticed some positive effects- it was good.

Have no clue why my levels went down.

transdermal test -- levels are in the 600's, fish oil, multi vit, joint supplement, astaxanathin.

IGF went from ~430 to ~340.

200 mcg each at bedtime usually on an empty stomach.
    5 days on, 2 off.

    and my levels went down

Is it possible that my levels were too high and a negative feedback loop came into play - lowering my overall levels?

YES - I did before and after blood work.
It was ~430 before and after 10 weeks of the peptides, my IGF went down to ~340.

I'm trying to figure out what happened...

That is weird, everywhere I read, peptides should increase IGF-1 levels over time. I am currently using only GHRP-6 but haven't done any blood tests so not sure what my levels are. I think I will do a blood test when I add the GHRH.

EDIT: Are you using any PCT drugs like Nolvadex or Clomid? Because they are known to decrease IGF-1 levels. It would be helpful if you could list all the drugs and supplements that you are using, maybe some of it affects IGF-1 levels.

"transdermal test -- levels are in the 600's, fish oil, multi vit, joint supplement, astaxanathin." and hylaluronic acid-
that's about it and my supplemtation didn't change either.
I've never used any PCT drugs like Nolvadex or Clomid.
